Helping people and workplaces flourish.
Flourish Psychological Services provides a range of psychological services to individual adult clients, as well as corporate clients and mental health professionals.
Our individual treatments are offered face to face, online or via the telephone for your convenience. We offer several evidence‑based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). The approach we use will depend on what you’re struggling with and what’s most likely to help you feel better. Together, we’ll choose the type of therapy that matches your needs and goals.
Sessions are offered online and from a convenient venue a short distance from Newark on Trent, Nottinghamshire. The clinic setting is ideally located and easily accessible from North Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Mansfield, Gainsborough, Grantham, Retford, Worksop and surrounds. The clinic venue has on site, free parking. Appointments can be available outside of office hours for your convenience.
Dr Toft has supported adults through a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the impact of traumatic experiences such as childhood abuse and domestic violence. She also works with people navigating bereavement and loss and work-related difficulties such as redundancy and trauma in the workplace. Her approach is steady, compassionate and grounded in years of clinical experience.
We support organisations by providing practical, evidence-based mental health services designed to improve staff wellbeing and reduce stress-related absence. We offer bespoke mental health workshops, individual psychological therapy for employees, organisation-wide mental health awareness and specialist support following workplace trauma or critical incidents. Our services are tailored to your organisation’s needs, whether you want to enhance your manager’s understanding of mental health difficulties, or you want to ensure your employees have access to professional help when they need it most. We can work with you to create a solution that fits your team and your goals.
We offer two key services for mental health professionals, built on experience and collaboration. Clinical supervision provides a space to reflect on your therapeutic work, strengthen your practice and feel supported in the challenges that come with clinical work. Mentoring and consultation offer guidance for developing or enhancing your private practice – whether you’re starting out, or looking to grow with confidence and clarity.
